  1. A non refundable deposit, the amount of which varies according to the type and number of classes you booked, is required at the time of booking. This amount must be paid directly into our bank account via Internet Transfer or Direct Deposit at any bank. PLEASE USE THE  UNIQUE BOOKING NUMBER PROVIDED AS A PAYMENT REFERENCE. Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received and verified your deposit, at which time you will be notified by email.
  2. If after 72 hours we have not received your deposit, the booking will be cancelled.
  3. The balance of the money is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. If you are booking within 4 weeks of the start date, full payment will be required. Should the payment fail to reach us by the date specified in our confirmation, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit.
  4. Booking can only be done via the website and NO telephonic or postal bookings will be accepted.
  5. Any cancellation made less than 3 weeks before the event is non refundable. You may transfer your money to another course date at which we will charge you an administration fee of R100.00.
  6. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by us, our liability is limited to the amount of any money paid by you to us.
  7. M&J Photography hold the right to alter or cancel any course. Should this happen, you will have the right to book an alternative course or to accept a refund of all money paid to us by you.
  8. In the event of the specific tutor being unable to attend the course due to illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, a replacement will be provided and this replacement will be decided upon by M&J Photography. No refunds will be applicable. If a replacement is not found, we will refund any monies paid to date.
